The origins of Vitas Odium Parit.

VoP was created on Karak-Vlag not too long after the cascade of light and hope often referred to as "release". We find that term a bit unhygenic, but we don't really hold it against anyone. Doing that sounds just about as doubtful as the other option.

Anyway, the great moment was a semi-random event, nicely setting the tone for all events to follow. The creation of all things was led by Yxiomel, our wise and all-powerful leader whom we shall follow until further notice by our glorious all-seeing, all-knowing, but oh so modest leaders decree, and Wodan-whom-is-now-Nidhogg-without-the-silly-umlaut-of-the-copycat-Nidhögg.

These two where looking for people to help create a guild in the public channels and for some reason Izha replied. It has been attempted to discover what Izha ate that day, but we're probably all better off not knowing. From then VoP grew. A bit like a patch of flowers, possibly quite like fungi, or optionally like a horribly deformed growth that should have been looked at by a professional quite some time ago.

Being led onwards into everything possible, VoP does most things that are to be done. Yxiomel the great, fearless and mover of everything that is good, is a keen tome tracker and knower of all things. Caz leads our charge into the realm of PvE instancing with a zealotry unsurpassed by most people who're locked up in padded cells while claiming to be Napoleon. Both of these cases pale to the insanity Izha displays in the neverending hunt for more stuff to kill in any zone that is labled "RvR", unless the target seems to be  controlled by some sort of computer, at which point the target appears to have the same interest to Izha as a bottle of scotch has to someone who can't hold their liquor. It's probably there for a reason, you might as well drink some, but you know you're going to feel bad about it in the morning. Oh, and we're not quite sure what Nidhogg does, but if we find out, we'll be sure to inform the proper authorities. One of these lifeless peons are always available if the infallible one should choose to be offline for some divine reason unrecognizable to us mere mortals.

Anyway, VoP is very serious business and totally lack any sympathy with anything but the most elitist and absolutist entities in the game. On this campaign we also find the lack of faith in our all-stable, never failing servers that house our glorious leaders virtual entity a blasphemous idea, and we make sure each of our members are made well aware of this fact. We further have no sense of humor, and don't understand irony. We prefer gold ourselves, try as we might we've never even seen any iron bags in the game.
