Large scale open RvR is a beast onto itself. It encompasses everything from simple individual efforts (appropriate damage dealing, healing, damage soaking et al), to more group oriented actions (moving as a unit, following the assist train on targets), up to warband level goals (suppression, zones of control, distributed control efforts) and beyond (multi-warband cooperative effort). Let's look a little at what goes into large scale open RvR in Warhammer...

After much huffing and puffing, our fab bunch has a website. Oh, and we also have a teamspeak server. Whow. When it rains, it pours. Anyway, hop by the forums and complain in the techie forums about all the things you don't like -- there's bound to be something. Like that there aren't enough dwarves present. Anyway, hoop and hey, we're live.

I've played a few different characters in a few different games over the years, most of them have had their virtues. When I started playing Warhammer I wasn't sold on the game, it was honestly mostly a lark. I'd quit WoW and was happy not playing an MMORPG with any seriousness, falling back on playing Call of Duty 4 when I wanted some action. But, well, there were some reviews, and they gave me the impression that the game felt different. There was something about Warhammer that made it stand out. So, I bought the game, and started a sorceress...
